Collaborative Pastoral Council

The Collaborative Pastoral Council meets several times each year and is responsible for being the main advisory body to the Pastor in the collaborative.

The Council's primary tasks will include:

1. Implementing the Pastoral Plan
2. Discussing and visioning the foundational pillars of parish life (Liturgy, Community, Hospitality, Faith Formation, etc...)
3. Liaising with other ministries and committees in the collaborative
4. Listening to parishioners and bringing their needs, hopes, fears, and vision to the Pastor

While the goal of the Council is to reflect and benefit the needs of the Collaborative, meetings are not open to the parishes at large. However, if you would like to have an agenda item added or bring a Collaborative question, concern, or praise to the attention of the Council, please email Beth Tango (Sacred Heart) or Monica Pacheco-Tougas (Our Lady’s). Requests for additions to the agenda must be received seven days before the next Council meeting, to consider for that meeting’s agenda.

Please always feel free to approach any council member (names listed below) before or after Mass with any concerns or questions you might have!
