Another busy week in the Komi family’s resettlement. Mujahid and Huda attended job readiness classes and English for employment at JVS (Jewish Vocation Services). They get there by bus and the Silver Line. Paul and Mansy started the school enrollment process with Boston Public Schools. Whew!
APPLE PICKING TIME: Deacon Bill and Dorothy had a great day with the boys on Monday at Lookout Farm in Natick. They loved riding the little train to the orchards to fill a big bag with apples and peaches (Paul wondered if there were mangoes to pick!). Another train stop took us to the playground where Mansy rode and rocked on anything that moved. Nofak loved the bouncy house and Paul fearlessly and gleefully led Dorothy and Mansy through the hedge maze. Paul, as usual, was a great help with the little ones. Nofak took a nice nap in the car and Dorothy and Bill took a nap when they got home, too!
