As many of you now know, our pastoral associate and friend, Marie Buckley, has moved on from our Collaborative. We are deeply saddened to see her go and have been blessed by her ministry, her insights, and the spiritual depth she has brought to our Collaborative over these last four years.
In September, we began a search for a new pastoral associate and are happy to announce that Andrea Jackson has accepted a position with us. Andrea comes to us as a pastoral associate from St. Julia's Parish in Weston and is a graduate of Harvard and Boston College. She will be taking over Brian Romer Niemiec's role as Pastoral Associate for Adult Faith Formation and Young Adult Ministry. Her gifts and talents align well with this area of parish life.
Brian will be taking on the majority of Marie Buckley’s role as Pastoral Coordinator for Sacred Heart Parish. This decision has followed many weeks of discernment, as the pastoral staff tries to minister as best as possible to the two parish communities in the collaborative. Please keep Andrea, Brian, and Marie in your prayers during these transitions, and feel free to reach out to any member of the pastoral staff if you have questions.
