SVDP Friends of the Poor Walk

Are you looking for a fun way to help those in need in the community? Then please join the Collaborative’s St. Vincent de Paul conference in our second annual Friends of the Poor Walk! This family-friendly event will take place on Sunday, September 29, and will feature a 1.5 mile walk around Crystal Lake, beginning and ending at Sacred Heart Parish, as well as a silent auction with a variety of interesting items up for bid! All proceeds will go towards helping those in need right here in our community. Through the generosity of donors and business supporters, last year’s walk raised an amazing $12,000, all of which went to assisting neighbors with food, clothing, and housing-related needs.
