This online forum will focus on the grave concern of the increasing threat of nuclear war and what ordinary citizens can do to prevent it. Speakers are:

John C. Wester, Archbishop of Santa Fe, NM, who in 2022 led the way in the U.S. Catholic Church with his groundbreaking pastoral letter on nuclear disarmament
Dr. Ira Helfand, co-founder and immediate past president of the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War and member of the International Steering Group of ICAN
Marie Dennis, senior director of the Catholic Nonviolence Initiative and past co-president of Pax Christi International
Claire Schaeffer-Duffy, Center for Nonviolent Solutions, will serve as moderator
