Meeting Our Community

MEETING OUR COMMUNITY: The Komi family was introduced at Sacred Heart and met a lot of parishioners at the SH coffee hour and later at the picnic at OL. A number of young families introduced themselves to Huda and the boys, who joined in the yard games.
The week was busy, too, with classes and appointments. Mujahid and Huda started the process of getting Paul and Mansy into school. 

PAUL: Paul continues to sparkle in so many ways. We’ve witnessed his prowess with a soccer ball, now he’s added basketball skills, sinking a lot of shots off the backboard. Paul is a big help with little Nofak, feeding him, changing his diaper, and dressing him. He easily installed a car and booster seat, as puzzled adults looked on. He expertly helped assemble a coat rack and 3-drawer chest. And did I mention Paul’s smile! His enthusiasm is inspiring. What an amazing young man!
